1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing services from Blaze Creative Agency (“the Company”), the client (“You”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. SERVICES

The Company provides various digital design and marketing services. Specific details of the services provided, deliverables, and fees will be outlined in a separate service agreement to be provided to You.

3. PAYMENT

You agree to pay the Company the fees for the services outlined in the service agreement. Payment terms will also be specified in the service agreement.

4. REFUND POLICY

If You are not satisfied with the services provided, You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You request the refund within 7 Days of service completion.
  • The services provided did not meet the agreed-upon specifications in the service agreement.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Upon full payment, any intellectual property created during the provision of services will be transferred to You, except as otherwise specified in the service agreement.

6. TERMINATION

Both parties have the right to terminate the service agreement for material breach, as outlined in the service agreement.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, the Company’s services.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any third-party claims, liability, damages, or costs arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK.

10. AMENDMENTS

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Company’s services following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
